If you have shopped at The Left Bank in the past, you know that we're always more than happy to giftwrap your jewelry purchases in our signature silver pouchette boxes with lavender ribbon. Now you can have this same luxury when you shop online. If you have any special wrapping instructions please let us know in the special instructions area at check out. If you would like us to drop in a Left Bank enclosure card, please let us know and we'll be sure to include one.
Shipping Information We ship all our packages via UPS - Ground. No post office boxes, please. Next day and 2nd day service available at an extra charge. Please allow 24 hours to process and ship your order. International shipping prices? Please call us or send us an e-mail. We will be happy to accommodate your shipping needs.

Methods of Payment & Sales Tax We accept Visa and MasterCard. Chicago city sales tax will only be added to your purchase if the goods are to be shipped within the state of Illinois. All other states will not be charged sales tax.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase at The Left Bank. We also understand that sometimes a product must be returned and we will facilitate this for you. All items that are on "SALE" including special order colored Attendant Shoes and hair goods are final sale.
We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in re-sellable condition. They must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item. We are sorry but special orders, custom-made pieces and monogrammed items are not returnable. Please contact us prior to returning an item to receive a "return authorization/RA# code". Send items back insured and in the original boxes. Your account will be credited less shipping. We will not accept a return without an RA#code. Sorry, no exceptions.
Should any merchandise arrive damaged, please retain all packing materials and product. All of our shipments are insured through UPS and they may require evidence of the damage. Please call our store within 24 hours of receiving your package with damaged merchandise and we will process the claim.
Bridal Tiaras and Headpieces : Because of state health codes, hair pieces and tiaras are not returnable. Wedding Shoes: Soiled, scuffed, worn shoes with visible toe prints from trying on will not be accepted. These items will be returned back to you at your cost since we do not consider them re-sellable.
